The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk from Homepro Village. It is close to restaurants, supermarkets, and the Chalong pier. - the room I booked was equipped with a large bed, a safe, multi-channel TV, and a microwave oven.

Staff doesn't speak English that well and don't seem to be very motivated. "Shanty Town" next to hotel can be quite noisy with loud Thai music and karaoke.

The location is particularly good in a really great area, just next door to the beach, Chalong, and a nice quiet area.

A bit of a distance to the water.

The room was spacious and the amenities included climate control, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. The staff was good and obliging, helped me a lot. The hotel was in a magnificent location just next door to grocery stores and restaurants and supermarkets near by and the pier and great restaurants.

Whenever I visit Rawai, I always choose the same hotel. The friendly staff helped me plan my evenings during my first stay. With Wi-Fi, free parking, and a fitness center, this place has everything I need. Coming back for Easter.

It was a wonderful experience. Liked Rawai, the hotel was ideal near tourist attractions. - the location was good and peaceful because it was very close to the pier and great restaurants. - Good choice of food for breakfast, which was amazing to satisfy everyone.

All of the hotel is good, safety and nice room.

This hotel was very clean, nice staff, and overall a beautiful room. In Phuket, it was not the best location if you want to be near the beach but the beach was easily accessible using the city tuk tuks (30 baht a person to all the southern beaches). This was probably the nicest hotel I stayed in. Apart from dirty/stinky Phuket, this was a breath of fresh air.

The guestrooms at Ratana Apart Hotel in Chalong are super cozy and equipped with all the essentials, like laptop-compatible safes and free WiFi. They even have air conditioning, so you can beat the heat! I absolutely loved the spacious suite with its private balcony and breathtaking sea views. It was such a treat to wake up to that every morning. The private bathrooms in the rooms are top-notch, with rainfall showerheads and hair dryers. They even provide free toiletries for added convenience. It's great that each unit has its own private bathroom, complete with a refreshing shower and a rainfall showerhead. Perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights of the room was the balcony, where I could enjoy a cup of coffee while admiring the view. Plus, there's a flat-screen cable TV and a microwave for added convenience.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the in-room refrigerators and coffee/tea makers. But hey, that's just my personal preference, and I'm sure others would enjoy them.

Rooms with good comfort, clean, good pool and gym, friendly staff

The hotel is along a very busy road; noice of heavy traffic everywhere.Quiet relaxing on the pool or on the balcony is impossible.You need private transport, nearest beach is on 7 km.No breakfast, bar or restaurant available.
